Kemper Arena is home to the Kansas City Brigade Arena Football Team and was once home to the Kansas City Kings (NBA) from 1974-1985, Kansas City Scouts (NHL) from 1974-1976. Kemper Arena has also hosted the Big 8/Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament for more than 20 years.
